One of the topics that we get calls for are the difficulty of our LGBTQ+ young adults finding their way in the job market. A resource that I recently found that serves the Summit, Stark, Medina, and Trumbull Counties is called JOG which stands for Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates. If any young adult is having challenges of any kind, this organization can help walk them through the steps to career development by overcoming any manner of challenges. www.JOGworks.org for more information.
We had the pleasure of speaking with the Cleveland Cavaliers DEI folks, and they want everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community to know that they are absolutely welcome at all Cavs, Charge, and Monsters games. They want everyone to feel very welcome at all events, and they asked OutSupport to extend a warm welcome to you all! They sponsor several PRIDE games, and we will do our best to get the information and tickets for these special games to you.
Kindest regards,
Sandy
